Former Salesforce.com CIO Joins AtTask, Inc.
OREM, Utah – February 19, 2007 — Joseph Cardenas, a partner with Counterpoint Advisors and former Senior Vice President and CIO of Salesforce.com – a leading provider of on–demand services – has been elected to AtTask's (www.attask.com) board of directors. He also has served as Vice President and CIO at Autodesk, Inc., Global CIO for Oracle Corporation, and held IT positions with Transamerica Insurance, NCR, Hyatt Hotels and Wells Fargo Bank. "Joseph brings a vast amount of perspective to AtTask, Inc. with his impressive background – after holding executive positions with companies such as Salesforce.com, Autodesk, Inc., and Oracle Corporation," said Scott Johnson, CEO of AtTask, Inc.
