Thank you for being an @task customer. It’s great to look back over the last few months and see how many new companies have joined the @task family. First quarter was our best ever and we’re excited for you to see what’s coming in the next few months.

@task announces Clik, a new desktop extension that makes managing tasks and updating status easy, so your company’s rollout of @task is foolproof.

Even though @task is web-based, Clik is on the desktop and syncs with @task anytime there is an Internet connection, so project information is up-to-date even when team members are working offline. |

Did you know the @task ‘My’ menu makes navigation easy?
In the upper left of the @task application there is a dropdown menu labeled, ‘My’. This contains quick access to lists of things such as ‘My Issues’, ‘My Favorites’, and more.
In @task the word ‘My’ has a specific meaning in each place its used. This month, we wanted to give you a few examples of three commonly accessed items.
My Tasks
A list of tasks that are:
1) Assigned to the logged in user
2) Incomplete
3) From projects in the
‘current’ status |
My Projects
A list of projects where:
1) You are a member of the project ‘team’
2) The project is in the ‘current’ status |
My Upcoming Tasks
A list of tasks that are:
1) Assigned to the logged in user
2) Incomplete
3) ‘Planned’ to start prior to the date two weeks in the future
4) From projects in the ‘current’ status |
